Join with community for silent reflection with the assistance of sacred sound from crystal singing bowls, drums, and chimes. Led by @aureliafure.creatrix in conjunction with @lovemarqchurch Beginner meditators welcome and people of all stages of meditation & spiritual backgrounds invited. A short meditation and closing statement will be shared. Or come with your own personal intention. Please dress comfortably and in layers (sometimes bodies change temperatures throughout meditation with sound). Sometimes it’s helpful to have a journal to write down any bits of wisdom that reveal themselves. This is a free offering, but if you wish to donate, you can do so in cash at the time of the event. We look forward to sharing this space together.
