To book one or both of our spaces, you’ll pay a non-refundable retainer to hold your date, and sign the contract included in the initial proposal. Your first payment is due six months prior to your event date. The total due can change as your rental options or hours required changes.

This is what we include in your initial proposal as a charge in the case there is damage to our property in any way. If after the event there were no issues, this is returned to you in its entirety. If there is an amount due because hours rented or rental decor was added after the final payment was taken, that will come from this total. There may be an amount due rather than a refund depending on the situation.

No. What you book is when you’re allowed to be on-site. If you or a vendor need time to set up any decor, you need to book that time. Any cleanup time should be included in this as well. If you only book 6 hours but needed more, you’ll be charged that extra time and that will come from your damage deposit that is returned to you after the event.

Yes.

There are two spots available to you included in your booking. The Bridal Suite, and the Fireside Lounge. One is made for gowns and wedding dresses with a vanity, and the other is more of a changing and hang out area. Both have kitchenette areas for brunches and beverages. See above for the inclusions in each room.

Because there is no liquor license, the alcohol has to be purchased ahead of time meaning no cash sales allowed at your event. There is a bar, and utensils provided. You’ll just need a certified bartender, whatever you want to serve; alcoholic or non, and any mixers, and any fruit or garnishes you’ll want. Don’t forget glassware/plasticware, straws, and any signage or menu!
